Right of withdrawal
Every Customer who purchases on www.griffeshop.com has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal gives you the opportunity to return the purchased product you are no longer interested in, and Griffeshop offers you the opportunity to return the item using the return procedure directly from your user panel in a few clicks; or you can notify us of your intention to withdraw by email or mail, as indicated in the return form.
Simply access your order history, select the order you wish to withdraw from, and follow the procedure in a few clicks. If you choose this option, we will send you an email confirmation of the receipt of the withdrawal.
The return is at Griffeshop's expense.
When the product is returned to our warehouses, Griffeshop will provide a refund or issue a credit with no expiration date that can be used on www.griffeshop.com
Note: The refund or credit issued will not include the initial shipping costs.
The withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return is Free and will be made at the expense of Griffeshop with its courier.
If you encounter difficulties, you can easily write to assistenza@griffeshop.com and receive instructions to complete the return.
Exclusion of withdrawal:
If you take advantage of the free return, the products must always be sent back in the original packaging.
Griffeshop will alert the customer in case the items are not in compliance with the above indications. The customer can pick them up at our warehouses within 30 days.
Orders not retrieved within the indicated terms will be disposed of.
The management will reserve the right to assess any anomalies and charge additional costs.
The right of withdrawal described above does not apply in the following cases:
a) service contracts after the complete provision of the service if the execution has started with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by the professional;
b) the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market that the professional cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
d) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
e) the supply of goods such as intimate products and swimsuits that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection;
f) the supply of goods that, after delivery, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods;
g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery can only occur after thirty days and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market that cannot be controlled by the professional;
h) contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the professional for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such a visit, the professional provides services beyond those specifically requested by the consumer or goods different from the spare parts necessary for performing the maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to such additional services or goods;
i) the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been opened after delivery;
l) the supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines except for subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
m) after the third request for return within 12 months, the customer must bear the shipping costs at their own expense.
n) the supply of accommodations for non-residential purposes, the transport of goods, car rental services, catering services, or services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a date or a period of performance;
o) the supply of digital content on a non-material medium if the execution has started with the express agreement of the consumer and with his acceptance of the fact that in such a case he would have lost the right of withdrawal.
