Right of withdrawal
Every customer who buys on www.griffeshop.com is entitled to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal allows you to return the purchased product you are no longer interested in. Griffeshop offers you the opportunity to return the item using the return procedure directly from your user panel in a few clicks, or you can notify us of your wish to withdraw via WhatsApp at this number +393517661114.
Simply go to your order history, select the order for which you wish to withdraw and follow the procedure in a few clicks. If you choose this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal by email.
The return shall be at the expense of the customer.
When the product is returned to our warehouse, griffeshop will issue a refund or credit with no expiry date, which can be used on www.griffeshop.com.
NB: The refund or credit that will be issued will not include the initial shipping costs.
The withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

Exclusion of withdrawal:
If you benefit from free returns, the products must always be returned in the original packaging.
Griffeshop will notify the customer if the items do not comply with the indications indicated above. The customer will be able to collect them from our warehouses within 30 days.
Orders not collected within the indicated terms will be disposed of.
The management reserves the right to evaluate any anomalies and charge additional costs.
The right of withdrawal described above does not apply in the following cases:
a) service contracts after the complete provision of the service if performance has begun with the consumer's express agreement and with acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full performance of the online sales contract by the seller;
b) the supply of goods or services, whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market which the seller is unable to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalised goods;
d) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been opened after delivery;
f) the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
g) the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time the online sales contract was concluded, the delivery of which can only take place after thirty days and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations in the market that cannot be controlled by the seller;
h) contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit by the seller for the purpose of carrying out urgent repair or maintenance work. Where on the occasion of such a visit the seller provides related services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than replacement parts necessarily used in performing the maintenance or in making the repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional related services or goods;
i) the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, having been opened after delivery;
l) the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
m) after the third return request within 12 months, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs at their own expense.
n) the provision of accommodation for non-residential purposes, the transport of goods, car rental services, catering services or services relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance;
o) the supply of digital content on a non-material medium if performance has begun with the consumer's express agreement and acceptance that the right of withdrawal would be lost in this case.
