Payment by credit card
To ensure maximum payment security, online transactions for your purchases paid by credit card are carried out with Verisign certification through a Secure Server that adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This system encrypts the information you enter, making it impossible to intercept. When paying for your order by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to a secure (SSL) page of the bank's website that will handle the transaction. On this page, you can enter your card details (number and expiration date) in complete security. The data is directly transmitted to the Bank, providing you with the highest guarantee. Unlike in a traditional store (where your card details are seen by the owner, the clerk, the waiter), the online transaction becomes absolutely secure because no one (not even us) can know the credit card codes used by our customers. The code is used only for the payment operation; if the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate, and we receive only a receipt number from the Bank. The credit card code is not stored in any of our archives. * Griffeshop reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g., landline phone number) or to send copies of documents proving the ownership of the card used. In the absence of the requested documentation, we reserve the right not to accept the order.
With your PayPal account
PayPal works very similarly to a regular bank account. After opening the account, you can send or receive money and make online payments quickly. Additionally, PayPal adheres to the highest security standards on the market and has anti-fraud technologies that protect every transaction. If you already have a PayPal account and choose to purchase with this method, after sending the order, you will be directed to the PayPal checkout page (secure and protected SSL transaction), where you simply need to enter your login credentials chosen during PayPal registration. If you wish to use this payment method but are not registered with PayPal, visit www.paypal.com. * Griffeshop reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g., landline phone number) to determine the actual ownership of the PayPal account. In the absence of the requested documentation, Griffeshop reserves the right not to accept the order.
Payment by bank transfer in advance
If you prefer, you can pay for your order by bank transfer to the bank details that will be provided to you after the order is placed (within 24 working hours after the order). Remember that the goods will be held until the receipt of proof of transfer (paper receipt or confirmation of online transfer) is received, which you must send to us via email (the contact details will be provided during the order process) within 3 working days from the date of order acceptance. The reason for the transfer must include: the reference number, the date of execution, and the name/surname of the order holder. The Advance Bank Transfer payment method does not incur any additional cost in the order transaction.
